Hi
Endometrium is the inner lining of the uterus.
It may get enlarged even without any obvious disease.
Can you send the PAP SMEAR report as attachment?
Please give details about her menstrual history.Whether the menses are regular or irregular, how often and how many days it occurs?Whether there will be heavy bleeding or little?
But,i request your sister to get an Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis.
If you come back with above reports and menstrual history,i will clarify further.
Wish her good health
