Question: Have severe itching in the nights on hands & therafter it turned red. Also Had slight shivery felling in the night.. Not having temperature & felling normal in the morning.

Dear Dr Asmeet madam. I don't have any sympton as asked by you of "sore throat, cough, abdominal pain or loose motions?"
Just having bit of weakness n felliing bit uneasy. Also it never happened with me in the past..
Also have taken combiflame tab for last 2 times morning & evening.

According to your complaints it could be a viral rash.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream diluted in a moisturizing lotion in the ratio of 1:3 on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet fexofenadine 180 mg twice daily for 1 week.
This will resolve the rash.
