Brief Answer:
Viral ?
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for asking.
This looks like a viral infection.Sore throat, body aches, dizziness, fever i.e the more generalised symptoms in a normal adult person points towards the viral infection.
Please drink a lot of fluids, have a lot of rest, can take paracetamol for pain and fever.
Usually it has a self limiting course with the symptoms lasting for 3-4 days before it gets better.
If does not get better in a few days or any worse, consult your doctor for investigations.
Thanks.
