Sorry for the inadvertent delay in replying back,
Since you do not have any of the above mentioned risk factors and is only symptomatic in the morning, it looks to be a GERD or gastritis.
I would suggest you to do the following:
- Take T. RABEZOL 20mg half hour before food in the mornings daily for 2 weeks.
- Avoid tea or coffee to the maximum.
- Have your dinner at least 2 hours before going to bed.
- Include more of fiber rich foods in your diet.
- Eat more fruits and vegetables.
- Have regular timely meals. Do not skip meals.
- Avoid smoking and alcohol if any.
Kindly consult with a general physician if your symptoms persists for long, for a proper examination and some basic investigations.
