Have Tingling Feeling In Foot, Feel Shivering Inside Skull, Unable To Sleep. Suggest?

Question: I have a tingling feeling in left foot. This sensation doesnt make me sleep at night. when this happens i feel shivering at right side of skull. Is it normal? What kind of tests should I conduct? I feel that something is wrong with my nerve or what?. Iam very tensed.

I have gone through your history in detail. You seem to be suffering from neuropathy
in view of thyroid disease /insulin resistance /diabetes /anxiety may I suggest

1. check & control your thyroid & sugars vigorously
2. get a MRI BRAIN/MRI lumbosacral spine to rule out any local pathology
3. neuropathy is controllable symptomatically using pregabali/gabapentin /methylcobalamin
