It appears you mean to ask what to expect if you have a tumor in your 'pituitary gland'. This is a complex condition that is best dealt with by an endocrinologist in person.
It requires comprehensive testing to ensure it is not causing serious problems. There are two aspects. Size and function

The size is best determined by an MRI scan dedicated to the pituitary region of the brain. It is important to assess if it is greater than or less than 1 cm, and if it is compressing surrounding vital structures. It may be necessary to analyze the visual fields to see if there is any vision compromise.

Regarding function, it is important to evaluate if there is any disturbance of the hormone secretion from the pituitary......either an excess or a deficit. This involves blood testing for

CMP
TSH
Free T4
Total T4
Total T3
T3 resin uptake
Prolactin
IGF1
8 am cortisol
FSH
LH
Estradiol
