Brief Answer:
Treatment involves treating the underlying cause, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms are obviously related to restless leg syndrome.

I see that you are already taking the right medication to treat this diagnosis.
So, I would recommend some examinations to see what is the underlying cause.

Some examinations that should be done are:
-a complete blood count to check anemia
-glycemic level to check diabetes
-thyroid hormone levels
-magnesium and calcium level to check for nutritional deficiency
-neurological examinations to check for Parkinson disease

Meanwhile, I would recommend :
-Avoid everything that triggers the symptoms such as caffeine and alcohol
-Take dietary supplements which contain magnesium and calcium
-hot baths and physical therapy are also recommended

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
