I am dr Harshita XXXXXXX and I am an ophthalmologist . the symptoms you described suggest a vitreoretina pathology dear and you need a fully dilated retina examination for the same . if it’s just due to vitreous problem there is no need to intervene as it will settle but if it’s due to retinal pathology like a hole or a tear we need to urgently laser that and stop the Retina from detaching and save the vision . please get it done immediately . hope it helps
