As per the query answer is,
How do you know there is lump in your stomach?
Can you feel it on pressing or it has been reflected in any investigation?
A lump in stomach can also be a malignancy so a immediate endoscopy followed by Biopsy should be done to rule out the nature of lump(Benign(noncancerous) or Malignant(cancerous).

For pain as of now take any antacid like Prizolec 40mg twice daily.
For constipation take Miralax daily.
Follow up with reports.
