Brief Answer:
I have noted the information provided.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back with additional information.

The back pain can be explained on the basis of L4-L5 level disc disease. As of now, you need medical treatment and physiotherapy.

The most preferred medicine is pregabalin. In my patients, I use 75 mg once daily at night. If the response is inadequate, the dose can be increased to twice daily.

Physiotherapy consists of interferential therapy and ultrasound treatment to relieve pain followed by back extension exercises.

Best wishes,

Dr Sudhir Kumar MD DM
