You are a 61 years old female having blood pressure of 184/76mmHg, taking baby aspirin and you don't have any other disease.
You have not asked what exactly you want to know, however from your question it is quite evident that your blood pressure is abnormal.
Your diastolic blood pressure is normal, however your systolic blood pressure is too high and condition is called as isolated systolic hypertension (ISH).
The most common cause of ISH is:
Increased body fat,
Sedentary lifestyle and
