There is sebacious gland at the base of eyelash.
You are probably suffering with the infection of this gland, which is known as stye.
To confirm diagnosis & for treatment, please get it examined with Eye specialist.
Meanwhile you can try warm compresses with tissue soaked in warm water containing boric acid power or tea without milk & sugar.
Eye ointment like Polymyxin-B can be applied before going to bed.
Antibiotics and incision may be required.
