Having Candida Tropicalis In The Mouth. Could I Ask A Doctor?
Immunodeficiency to be ruled out.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for choosing XXXXXXX After analyzing your query, I feel you need to be evaluated for immuno-deficiency. Recurrent oral candidiasis is a sign of decreased immunity of the body. For that you need to be evaluated for the cause of this decreased immunity, few blood investigations and a scan abdomen after examining you physically will be helpful. Also rule out diabetes, which could be a contributing factor.
I usually order few investigations like:
Complete blood counts, ESR, to rule out any chronic infection
Blood sugar-fasting and post prandial
Liver and renal function tests
Treatment will depend on the possible cause for decreased immunity, then your candidial problem will solve by itself.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. In case of any doubt, I will be available for follow-ups. If you like my answers kindly rate it, and write a review as well. Please do not forget to accept it.

Temporary treatment with lignocaine gel.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Though you have consulted many doctors, the above advise is my personal opinion. For pain relief you can take some dental gels which contains Lignocaine as local anesthetic. You can apply this cream just before you have your food. Kindly avoid few things which might aggravate your problem, like drinking hot beverages, taking stress and eating hard solid food. Meanwhile you have to take lot and lots of fluid and water, try eating ice-creams.
You can also try single dose of fluconazole tablet, after consulting your doctor. But, do request your doctor for screening test as advised earlier.

Immunodeficiecy might be a cause.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I can understand your concern, but all measures are temporary, you need to undergo further evaluation which I have mentioned in my previous answer to come to a conclusion. Only good immunity can stop this candidial infection. I advise you to re-visit an infectious disease specialist and discuss about this possibility.
As far as MGUS, my expertise are restricted in this regards. You perhaps should discuss with hematologist after you talk with infectious disease specialist.
