Question: Having Cough and cold with body pain for last 3/4 days
took correctol plus total 3 tablets (1per day), now my cold has gone but suffering from dry cough..so taking grilinctus cough syrup..

Your problem is viral in nature.
Continue cough syrup.
Take steam inhalation 2to 3 times a day.
Avoid cold drinks and smoking.
Take hot liquids
This should settle in next few days.
