Brief Answer:
Take steam inhalation 4 times a day, gargle with rexidine mouth wash

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

For cough and cold without any fever or throat pain I usually advice steam inhalation 4 times a day with vicks capsules added to the bioling hot water.

Doing gargling with rexidine after each meal also helps.

If you have any fever, you can take Tablet Dolo 650 three to 4 times a day.

You can also take Cetrizine tablet twice a day to get relief from dry cough.

If you don't see any improvements in 4 to 5 days, or if you develop breathlessness/difficulty breathing, or fever and severe throat pain, you should visit your local doctor have him/her look at you and decide the further treatment based on physical examination findings.

I hope that answers your query.

Wishing you speedy recovery.

Best regards
