Having Dark Circles. Why Does This Occur? How To Remove?

Why it occurs? - The most common reason for dark circles is stress. This can be due to eyestrain at work, lack of sleep, and odd hours of sleeping, unhealthy lifestyle.
Other reasons are atopy or allergy, hereditary patterns, excessive sun exposure.
How to remove it? - First, you need to get adequate sleep for 6 hours at a stretch at least. You must not strain your eyes much.
-When you use computer for more than three hours at a stretch, you, must take a 20 seconds break after every 20 minutes and look by a distance of 10 feet for these 20 seconds. This avoids excessive strain on the eyes.
