Having Dry Skin And White Spots On Every Part Of The Body. Concerned

Question: Dear DR. I am a fair skin black woman that has little white spots almost a every part of my body.These spots sometimes look dry and they fall off,leaving white spots.

White spots on the body can be vitiligo,IGH,tinea versicolor,Seborheic dermatitis.

Also I would like to know are these spots itchy?

Are they scaly?

What is there appx size?

Since when you have them ?

Are they permanent or keep changing?

Can you upload good quality photos of the affected area.

Photo can be helpful to predict the condition.
