Well, the fever needs to be evaluated by a physician and a few relevant investigations, i.e. CBC, Peripheral blood smear for Malarial parasite, Malarial dual Ag, WIDAL, Typhi Dot IgM, Dengue serology, Urine R.M., Chest X-ray, etc. needs to be done...
Additionally, take rest...for fever you can take Tab PARACETAMOL 650mg twice daily after some food and an antacid Cap PANTOPRAZOLE 40mg once daily before breakfast for the next 2-3 days...
