Question: for about two weeks now my head hurts all the time, and it feels like i have a fever

Before answering I need some more information from you.

Are you having any fever and checked in thermometer?
Are you stressed lately?
Are you having proper sleep?
Are you taking excessive alcohol or smoking excessively?

Are you sitting for long time on computers?
Any watering in eyes while reading or watching TV?
Did you get your BP checked?
Is there any history of recent injury?

Please do write back yo me with the answers so that I can suggest better.

i have been spending more time on computer because i am unemployed now. my smoking has increased alot. no new stress.

Your eyes are Bearing lot of light glare and coupled with increased smoking may be the reason for your persistent headache.

Give proper rest to your eyes and sleep well.

Reduce your smoking and do some outdoor exercises.

You shall be alright soon.

And please do get your blood pressure checked.
