Brief Answer:
Do not run strenuously on the treadmill

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Whatever be the reason, we should never out-do things. In simple terms, do not force yourself to run so much on treadmill. You could take breaks in between. Also, running on the treadmill 5 days a week is fine and give rest for a day or two.

Please do not force your body to do more running on treadmill. It would unnecessarily wear out the ligaments and muscle tissues in the knee joint. This could subsequently cause knee pain.

You could take calcium supplements in the form of Tablet Shelcal for a month once daily to feel better.

Hope this helps you. Wish you good health.

Regards,
