Having Low Testosterone Levels. Took D-Aspartic Acid. How To Reduce The Side Effects Of The Drug?

Question: Recent blood-work shows I have low testosterone levels. I FULLY researched D-Aspartic Acid; verified it's safety for me; found a quality product and took my first dose this morning. Basically, I'm O.K., but some side-effects are slightly bothering me. Is there a way I can start to flush it out of my system? Like intake of water?

Brief Answer:
Much fluids , observe for any new symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

Aspartic acid does produce side effects in patients. The first thing to consider is the dose of the drug that you took. Reduced doses produce milder side effects.

Drinking much fluids and water could be a gateway to reduce the side effects of the drug. However, in case the symptoms do persist, or you experience a new unusual sign or symptom, you might have to consult your family physician. After stopping the drug and taking much fluids, its normal for normal function to be obtained within a couple of days.

I suggest you do take much fluids, and do not hesitate asking follow up questions in case you have specific concerns. thanks and kind regards.
