Brief Answer:
Go for Endoscopy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Basically the area which you have pointed is called epigastrium and two main causes of pain in this area are,
1)Pain can be due to gall bladder stone.
2)Pain can be due to stomach ulcers or acid peptic problem.
I would strongly recommend you to go for a non invasive test called endoscopy where with the help of camera they could look inside you gut.
As pain is associated with intake of food it could be a gastric or duodenal ulcer.
Please go for Endoscopy.
Thank you.
