Brief Answer:
Can be due to osteoarthritic changes in joints.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in both the knees and inner toes can be related to raised levels of uric acid or due to degenerative changes in the joints due to osteoarthritis. You need to get your serum uric acid levels evaluated and get an X-ray of knee joints done to find out the extent of problem you have. Usually anti inflammatory pain killers and joint lubricant supplements help to tackle such problems. You can do a hot compress and take mild pain killers in the meanwhile for relief.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
