Question: Hello, I'm a 32 male with off and on heart concerns. I've had PVC's, PAC's, right bundle branch block and bradycardia as well as ectopic heart beats, also have been noted for inverted T waves at times. I also had prolonged QT due to potassium deficiencies. My heart lately as been pausing after meals, even up to 2 seconds and then pounding extremely hard. I've had Holter monitors in the past and nothing significant was found at those times besides what us mentioned above. I'm never able to catch my symptoms XXXXXXX purchased my own and don't know how to interpret the results and can't see a doctor due to being out of work and having no insurance.

Brief Answer:
Helo again

Detailed Answer:
The ecg image which you have attached is an incomplete ecg with only three leads. However those three leads doesn’t show any abnormality.

If you have multiple holters done what was the report of those holters? Was there any abnormal findings?

In healthy young individuals heart rate can go as low as 35 beats during rest or sleep and that’s not an abnormality.

See without a proper report no one can diagnose what’s going on. It’s important to see the 24 hours holter report for proper guidance.

Kind Regards
