Welcome again to the forum and thanks for your prompt reply.
Taking the informations provided by you I can make out that your problem occurred after the healing of pimples.
It is evident from your query that you are suffering from scars and marks which we call medically as "Post acne scars". These are the most problematic situation in the acne part. Once pimples are formed, if these are large enough then heals with deep scars and atrophic thin skin which gives rise to post acne scars.
Before I tell you the main treatment there are certain suggestions which you can follow:
1. Do not pinch, pop or squeeze any area on face.
2. Do not apply any creamy or oily stuff or any other cosmetics over face.
3. Try to avoid any home remedies suggested by your friends or family members or otherwise self implicated therapies also.
4. Try avoiding situations of direct continuous exposure to sunlight or heat and humidity for long hours.
5. Kindly do not use any antibiotic as self medication.
Now for the main part of the treatment, you have to undergo medical and laser treatment to take care of the scars. The medical treatment involves application of certain cream such “retinoic acid” or “glycoilic acid” or “azelaic acid” in different strengths for a variable period of time in dermatological guidance. These are slow to respond but are used as maintenance of results for other type of treatments like laser.
As you are planning for marriage so along with the medical treatment you can take laser treatment which could be best and worth for your situation. There are so many lasers in the medical field but for your situation- “Fraxel laser” would be best. It starts showing its results after 4- 6 weeks and best results are seen after a period of 3-4 months.
Generally monthly sittings are given for 3-4 months and if the scars are deeper then may need higher sittings. You can consult any good cosmetic dermatologist who has the facility and the same dermatologist would be guiding you best for the further course of treatment.
Hope these informations will help you. If you have any further query I will be happy to help.
Regards.
