Hi Doctor,
It is for my mother she gets sudden pain, experiencing since last 3 days.
Body weight 70 kgs, since lock down no physical activity and food intake is more, had Mangoes, Bananas and some oil food.
Kindly advise.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Most probably it will be an osteoarthritis.
As of now she can try over the counter available analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief.
Do simple physical exercises and lose extra weight. Sedentary life style and obesity worsen the symptoms.
Once the COVID circumstances improves detailed evaluation including X-ray and MRI can be taken if pain persists.
