Brief Answer:
Can be due to back muscle spasm.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen the attached reports. There are minimal degenerative changes in the spine but no nerve compression is noted. The back issues that you have can be due to a back muscle spasm or sprain. Taking a muscle relaxant along with mild pain killer can help in improving the symptoms. You can also do back muscle strengthening exercises under the guidance of a physiotherapist.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
Dr. Praveen Tayal.
