Having Sore Heels And Soles Of Feet. Hurts To Walk And Itchy Red Bumps Appeared. Any Treatment?
Thanks for your query.
It is not an uncommon thing for most people in their thirties to develop sore heel conditions, so first of all you don't have to worry, even if the condition in itself is a very painful one.
One reason for this condition may be wearing shoes that leave the heels exposed and you said that you almost only wear flip flops. Wearing flip flops is not good for your feet and not something you should be doing regularly.
Now how you can cure this condition:
- to help relieve the pain it’s best to allow your foot to rest, as pressure and weight only contribute to the problem;
- soak your feet in hot water and your skin around the heels soften and make the pores open; then it is wise to apply a moisturizing cream or ointment;
- wear shoes with a thick sole, until the soreness in your foot heel completely disappears, because they provide cushion for your sore foot heel while it renews itself;
- use of Vaseline (a jelly like substance that moisturized the skin and, remains active for a long period of time) and socks (help in making the moisturizer seep in deeper and soften the skin, but also prevent dirt and other particles from getting stuck to the feet).
