Having Sore Skin And Flu Like Symptoms. Burning Pain In Rib Cage. What Is Causing This And Test To Be Done?

As I was reading through the description I could think of autoimmune disease in the list of possibilities but my enthusiasm was lost when you had written that your doctors could not find it. I wonder if you have seen the right specialist i.e. Immunologist. Autoimmune disease has a lot of research left and only immunologist are rightly following them. They would be right experts who essentially know the investigations available.
The second is fibromyalgia. Lot of your symptoms are categorized as MUS ( Medically unexplainable symptoms). Migraine, contact dermatitis, hypersensitive skin, immune nephritis. Of these most of them are associated with autoimmunity wherein the antibodies are produced against own cells or tissues treating them to be foreign bodies.
I shall still sleep over your problem and can come up with more possibilities. You can ask your PCP to refer you to competent Immunologist available in the area.
Thanks

Multiple medications would mean frequent follow up and titration to avoid side effects. Avoid them unless necessary. Try to learn yoga and meditation from an expert. You need to seriously work on this for atleast 2 months to see real benefits. A wonderful holistic method to achieve the quality of life you dream to lead. Concentration and mindfulness are the best targets while you plan for yoga.
I do not mean to exaggerate or hurt you but a prolonged fight against chronic disease would lead to low mood and depression. These further aggravate the symptoms and the threshold of pain reduces further making them more felt than they actually are. It is also ideal to XXXXXXX a Psychologist / Psychiatrist for proper medication.
