Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.
Detailed Answer:
Dear ,
Based on your description I would completely exclude any possible cardiac issues.
On our last thread, I reviewed your cardiac tests and there is no reason to worry about!
So, try to relax! Nothing serious is going on!
I recommend taking a PPI ( omeprazole, pantoprazole) for your stomach and acetaminophen for the pain.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
I remain at your disposal in case of further questions whenever you need!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.
Detailed Answer:
Dear ,
As you refer that it is tender to touch, this is typical of tendinitis or fibromyalgia.
So, I would completely exclude any possible cardiac issues.
I recommend taking ibuprofen for the pain and performing stretching exercises to help reduce the pain.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
Please let me know in case of further questions whenever you need!
