Question: Mri scan of cervical spine:
Histort:48 year old female,upper neck and shoulder pain for 6 months,radiation down arms,radiculophaty.
A non-contrast mri scan of cervical spine shows diffuse degenerative changes.
C4-C5 shows left central dysvopphyte with minimal cord impigment with aut myelomalcia.
The C5-C6 shows moderateright centraldyscophyte causing moderate cord impigment with aut myelomacia.There is moderate to severe bileteral forminal narrowing impigning both exiting C6 nerve roots.
TheC6-C7 shows dyscophate formation causing mild to moderete cord impingment.There is severe left forminal narrowing impiging the exitind left C7 nerve root.There is moderete right forminal narrowing.
Impression:
Diffuse degerativne changes.The canges are moderate to severe at the C5-C6 andC6-C7 level causing cord impigment with aut mylomalcia as describe.In addition,there is marked forminal narrowing atC5-C6 levels bileteraly and left C6-C7 level impinging the exiting nerve root.
Mri thorasic spine:
A non- contrast mri of thoracic spine shows diffuse mild to moderate degenerative changes more pronaunced in lowervthoracic spine including disc space narrowing, disc degeneration,osteophyte formation and facetchypertrophy.
The T7-T8 shows tiny right central disc herniation with aut cord or nerve root impigment.No other significent abnormality.
I did contact you back in march if you remember with shoulder mri and problems.
Mybproblems are from beagining my both arms more right and neck problems including lower backband upper pain .this is happening from last summer i lockt my shoulder doing somthing then year beafore ibfelt and injured right hand and back.
All time from last year i have pain in wrist elbow,fingers shoulder tingling tru arm pins and needles more right side and....my righ fist i cant close anymore and weenes i went to neurologist in march for testing nervs kcm-mashine testing he said my nervs are fine .After mri of spine they said it did not do from shoulder means shoulder did not do this to my neck then my question "what causes to i have this with spine "when this happen if you can pausle all of this .Thank you your's E.I.

Is that posibole that wos mayby problem wich i get slowly in last 2 years or longer example:after fall in 2011 i had stiff neck bat nothing else exsept back pain then later shoulder trabole with almost 1 year beatwean my hands start to get pins trabole showing probavly canges in cervical spine .
Do you have one opinion i got this longer or so i'm not that old to get this with age or maby i 'm.
Mayby i should do on frst mri with contrast insted with aut it will show beter if i had injury beatwen my trabole in last 2 years and longer.What you think abaut it?

Haw is that possibole that neurologist test me for nearly 2 h. On kcm nerve testing mashine and by him to and tell me my nervs are all ok then later after his testing i did mri of spine it don't show up it is ok.i truly don't understend that .Whay his test and mri of spine showing difference is his testing is not done right or what is it?
I also wos sent by eye specialist back to him for possibole horner syndrom on right eye he never call for appoitment i did and seny him mri of spine he still don't answer i ask my gp doctor she said he alredy check you up for bronchial plexus it is negative bat i did not tell my doctor that i 'm confused abaut all of thi.
I'm prety shoure i had that b, plexus bay i can't fight that any more.
