Question: I have very bad runny nose. It is continue dripping. I had montec lc, Sinarest cetrizine yesterday but still it is not controllable. No relief. In the night while sleeping the water was coming out

I have gone through your query.
I wanted to know about your age and whether you are suffering from any other disease or taking other medicines.

Out of all the above medicines that you have mentioned in your history,no need to take all of them,
You can continue with tablet Sinarest( it should not be taken if you are suffering from hypertension or other disease,which you need to mention in your history).

Otrivin nasal spray (Oxymetazoline),three times a day, for 5 days.
It is a nasal decongestant spray.

Mometasone nasal spray:2 spray(50 microgram per spray) in each nostril,once a day: for 10 days. This is a steroidal medicine.

Do steam inhalation.
Drink lots of warm fluids.
Avoid dust and other allergens.
