Question: Having what i think may be kidney pain. The aches feel deeper than muscle pain. But no fever, pain during urination, vomiting, etc. Urine is normal, a bit clearer than usual from drinking water but no smell or odd color. The pain is not immobilizing but it is uncomfortable at times. It comes and goes at times also. It almost feels as if my kidney is swollen but no visible sign. Doesnt hurt when i hit the area or apply pressure. Laying on it with a heating pad or laying on a pillow to apply pressure helps.

Brief Answer:
Investigations help to confirm or rule out

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history well and understood the concerns.
Your history of pain that comes and goes indicates spasmodic nature which occurs in hollow viscus that is like ureter or intestines in most of the cases.
The best way to get a proper diagnosis is by investigations:
Ultrasonography and X-ray of abdomen.
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
This will either confirm or rule out possible causes.

Additional information may help me to assist you further:
Your age and gender please.
Where exactly is the pain?
Since when is this happening.
Any loose stools or constipation as pain of colitis may mimic.

Try an antispasmodic.
Continue taking plenty of oral fluids.

I hope this answer helps you.
Please give feedback.

With Regards.

Needs clinical evaluation and investigations as mentioned.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Previous history of similar attacks, microhematuria recently all indicate towards Urinary system problem.
It would be better to get full investigations to know the exact cause and get treated accordingly to avoid any further complications. Many problems can grow silently and exhibit on complications only.
