1) Who is the patient whom you are asking about ?
2) What was the reason he had undergone Dialysis for ?
3) Does he have swelling of the legs and face?
4) Have you done his blood test to asses his kidney function ?
5)Does he have pain in lower abdomen ?

You need to qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.

.Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
