Head Injury, Neck And Backache, Headache, Dizziness, Memory Loss, Blurred Vision, Anxiety. Clear CT Scan And MRI. Will There Be Improvement, Advsie?

Thanks for the query
There are a couple of things which come to mind with the symptoms you report and none of them is life-threatening. Most of your symptoms you have mentioned to me looks to me like related to anxiety rather than a true neurological disease.
Regarding the black eye's also called as periorbital hematoma, is bruising around the eye commonly due to an injury to the face. Rarely it can be due to fractures of the base of the skull. CT scan of the skull does not reveal any fractures.
Regarding the neck and the upper back pain, I also feel it to be related to whiplash injury of the soft tissues and muscles of the neck. Dizziness and ringing in the ears could be due to disturbances in the inner ear (post-traumatic vertigo). Many of the other symptoms are related to your anxiety.
So I personally feel you have developed psychological symptoms like anger, anxiety & depression following your injury. MRI and CT scan does not reveal any signs of fracture or XXXXXXX injuries to the brain and the spinal cord. You have the potential to recover fully from your physical injuries and psychological issues. Do continue on Physical therapy and medications to reduce your anxiety and depression.
I thank you again for submitting your question. I hope you find my response to be both helpful and adequate. If you have any additional concerns regarding your question I would be happy to address them.
Sincerely,
