Question: Headache , sriff neck, nausea, chills, fever on and off hot sweats,, pain in stomach. 10 days. What could it be?

Common infections such as viral fever, urinary tract infection, malaria and typhoid could also cause similar symptoms. However, we should look for meningeal signs and if any doubt is there, lumbar puncture should be done to rule out meningitis.
