Question:
Headache with popping sounds in ears. TMJ - when I move my jaw a certain way my ears click. Lightheadednes and/or dizziness, equilibrium isn't right, sometimes when listening everything sounds like I'm in a tunnel. Feel like I have "brain fog"

I feel like I do have some sinus, not as bad as before surgery. But at the moment my sinuses aren't really bothering me, just my ears.

I have read your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms point towards middle and inner ear dysfunction.

Effusions of the middle ear, for example, may cause such symptoms.

This, in most of the cases, is linked with an infection in the sinuses or in the middle ear and the popping sound is caused by the impaired air flow between the ear and the sinuses.

I think you need an evaluation by your ENT Doctor for these issues.
