Health Check Machine Showed 142 Systolic 84 Diastolic 107heart Rate. Suggest

142 Systolic 84 Diastolic 107heart rate
thanks for the query.
A normal blood pressure has the following readings;
Systolic: less than 140 but optimal less than or equal to 120
Diastolic: less than 90 but optimal less than or equal to 80
Heart rate; normal range 60 to 90
Raised systolic blood pressure is common in elderly people and given your age, i will not attribute your raise systolic pressure to be due to a problem.
Also the fact that your heart rate is elevated implies that you were probably nervous or anxious to see what your results will be and that is why you had an elevated systolic pressure and raised heart rate.
Systolic pressure is largely affected by the physiological state of the body, stress and anxiety. However, with just a mild elevation of 142, the only reason could be nervousness or anxiety prior to your test.
However, you will need to retake the BP measurements but after XXXXXXX rested without anxiety no fear. It is only after repeated and persistent high values that you could be considered to be having a problem.
Hope this answers your query. If you have more query, i will be glad to help.
Best regards
