Brief Answer:
No risk apparently
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I'm Dr. Branch, thanks for using 'Ask A Doctor' service.
There have been some theoretical concerns about Vitamin E increases the risk for operative bleeding, but studies have not shown any evidence for this when usual doses are used (500 mg or 800 IU daily).
Stopping 2 weeks before the procedure would also eliminate any risk if there was any.
Furthermore, liposuction is not a procedure that would normally have a significant amount of bleeding. So I would not be concerned about your Vitamin E use at all.
I hope that helps.
Please let me know if you have any questions, I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
