Hello - I Had A Recent Echocardiogram . While Everything
Question: Hello - I had a recent echocardiogram. While everything was ok, I do have mild aortic stenosis with trace regurgitation. Is this something to be concerned about? I am 73...Ejection factor was 65%. I can upload my results here if need be.
Brief Answer:
It's usually a age related problem, need to be monitored
Detailed Answer:
It's usually a age related problem, and majority of individual does well with this. It just mild and nothing to worry about it at present. It's unlikely to cause any significant harm to you in near future, however you should keep a watch over it with serial 1-2 yearly echo. You may continue the current cholesterol medicines, and no separate treatment needed for it at present.
So overall, nothing to worry about it, but we should just monitor it for progression.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
Yes, you may do moderate exercise
Detailed Answer:
Actually, for mild aortic stenosis, there is no restriction of activities, however considering age factor, it's better to restrict to moderate exercises. And yes it may progress, but it's progression appears to be very slow in you as in this age, you are having just mild stenosis so it's likely to progress very slowly and unlikely to cause any significant problem in near future. However, course is variable in each individual and that's why we need to monitor it. OTHERWISE, not worrisome.
All the best.
