Celiac was ruled out by biopsy and I just recently had a physical with complete bloodwork my hemoglobin levels were normal. The earliest I could schedule my colonoscopy for is April is it ok to wait and if so what can I do when I feel a flare I tend to fluctuate between periods of constipation followed by diarrhea almost as if my body is purging itself

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Since hemoglobin is within normal limits, there is no need to worry.
You do not have any red signs.
You can wait for colonoscopy till April.
Take high fiber diet, take fiber supplements like metamucil and drink lot of fluids which will help relieve constipation.
Take low FODMAP diet which will help in IBS.
