Hello 2 Months Ago I Noticed When I Woke Up

Question: Hello
2 months ago I noticed when I woke up I would have heavy and achy legs especially in my calf muscles. About two weeks after that I noticed some faciculations in my calf muscles. I only notice them when I'm sitting down or driving.
I went to my GP and she requested blood work. My blood work came back with hyperthyroidism. I have <0.01 tsh levels and slightly above T3 and T4 levels.. we also check my TSI levels and they seem to be normal
About two weeks ago I started noticing muscle fatigue... if a walk a lot of stairs my legs tire and if I hold something above my head or straight forward my arms tremble.. even typing on my keyboard I notice my wrists tire easily. I've never had these issues I've always been an active Male.. I'm 33 years old.
I've done a thyroid ultrasound and uptake and I'm still waiting for those results..
I'm just curious to see if theres any other underlying issue.. I'm from Canada so waiting times are especially long and it leaves us guessing what could be wrong
I just wanted another opinion
Thanks
Mark

Brief Answer:
About hyperthyroidism symptoms;
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
The symptoms you reported are due to hyperthyroidism ( overactive thyroid), there is no need to get worried about co-existence of other diseases as muscle weakness is typical of hyperthyroidism.
As Graves' disease is ruled out (negative antibodies) nodular toxic goiter will be the cause of overactive thyroid.
Once you start treatment you will notice the improvement within a few weeks.
Hope the information will help.
Best wishes,
Dr.mirjeta

Thank you for your reply
I have noticed that my lower neck is sore and it is usually worse in the morning.. my endocrinologist said my thyroid is slightly swollen
Is it normal for twiches and muscle weakness and fatigue to appear suddenly and get worse rapidly as well.
I'm a pipe fitter and I've been put on inspections recently which is actually a gift while I go through these issues.
Should I be telling my employer that I need to be on light duty until these issues resolve themselves
Also does muscle weakness and fatigue general go away or is this going to be a long journey of fatigue.
I noticed as well as my muscles are tender..especially in my forearms.. upper buttocks and legs.. is this normal as well?
Sorry for all the questions but when I put my symptoms online is says I either have ms or ALS and I got really anxious

Brief Answer:
About myalgia caused by hyperthyroidism;
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
From your description i can say that it may be myalgia caused by hyperthyroidism, of course a detailed clinical examination and history is neccessary to rule out other pathologies.
As i said it may be due to overactive thyroid that usually is corrected within a few weeks after starting treatment.
Of your physician will make the exact diagnosis having into consideration the symptoms, the history of the disease, the clinical examination and lab results.
