Hello 47 Yr Old Women I Have A Question I

Feedback. USG report.
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
I welcome you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
In my opinion if your pain in the thigh region is related to menstrual period, then it can be released to endometriosis or some hormone related neuro- vascular response.
I would like to know about few things.
1. Are you getting regular menstrual period?
2.Have you got sonography USG report done recently?
3. Have you talked any medication other than mentioned above?
If USG is not done recently, then I will advise to get abdomen and pelvis USG along with pelvis and lower limbs colour Doppler study .
Please feel free to communicate with me again.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.

USG, orthopaedic opinion.
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
Thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back to me.
I will suggest you get USG report done, this will help to rule out many problems from inside the abdomen.
Also, please get orthopaedic opinion to know about the groin pain.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
