Hello! As I Was Sitting In My Vehicle With Shorts

Question: Hello! As I was sitting in my vehicle with shorts on and sunlight hitting me leg, I saw that I have ALOT of what I think are teeny tiny cherry hemangiomas on my legs. I’m attaching a picture of my upper thigh and if you zoom in you can see them all. I know they’ve been there a long time and as a matter of fact I remember seeing them when I was in my twenties and being worried about them at the time. Is it normal to have this many tiny ones, and these aren’t that petechiae, are they (my bloodwork has always been perfectly fine with CBC and metabolic panels)? Thanks as always!!

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photographs.
As you correctly mentioned, these are tiny hemangiomas known as cherry angiomas.
These are just minute aggregation of blood vessels and are totally harmless.
No treatment or investigation is required.
These won't change into any cancer and will not trouble you in any way.
If required these can be easily removed by radiofrequency ablation by a dermatologist, however removal is required only for cosmetic purposes.
Let me know if you have any doubts.
Thank you.
