Question: Hello, As shown in the attached pictures, I had a lump on my scrotum since a few years which ruptured a couple of days back and bright white thick fluid came out of it. It has not healed yet and burns a bit. A couple of years back when I had posted a query, one of the urologists had told me to not worry about it unless it grew big in size or pained. I didn't pain but grew a little and so I didn't see a doctor for it. Now, I would like to know two things: 1. Should I see a doctor because it has ruptured and it should be treated? 2. I see one more tiny lump and I'm afraid that it might spread. Should I be concerned about it? I googled and found that it is called scrotal calcinosis and also saw how much it can grow. I do not wish to see myself with it and so need expert advise. Thank you.

Hello Doctor, I've attached the photo that shows both the lumps. No, I work in an air conditioned environment. No, I haven't done dressing yet. Size is pretty small as shown in the picture. Sorry, unable to tell you the exact size. I've already shared all the information with you. Thank you.

Thanks for your feedback and clear photo.
These are small sebaceous cysts, indicated by removal bright white thick fluid on rupture.
accumulation of more calcium cases the condition scrotal calcinosis.
Either of the conditions need the same treatment.
You already have the policy of wait and watch.
You may please consult a General Surgeon and get these removed.
This is the curative treatment.
Nothing to worry as this is a benign condition.

Additional care to avoid further development:
Use loose underwear and pants.
Clean the scrotal area twice a day like in the morning and before bed with soap and water. This will not allow the ducts of skin gland to get blocked and thus no further cyst formation.
