Brief Answer:
Regarding hair loss

Detailed Answer:
Hallo and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have gone through your query and reviewed the image.

The two important causes related to hair shedding and thinning in females are Telogen Effluvium and Androgenetic Alopecia.

In Telogen Effluvium there is excessive shedding of hair in response to triggers like nutritional deficiencies, weight loss, surgery, post delivery etc whereas in Androgenetic alopecia there is gradual hair thinning and loss of volume over time, frizzines, dullness. Many a times both types may coexist.

Evaluation for hair problems requires a few standard investigations like Complete blood count, Serum Ferritin levels, Thyroid profile, Vitamin D and vitamin B 12 levels which should be corrected if abnormal.

Androgenetic alopecia requires specific treatment with topical minoxidil 5% solution and oral anti androgen e.g finasteride tablet. Treatment is long term and visible improvement takes at least 6 months to 1 year. You must first get these lab tests done as it would help decide treatment.

Hope I have answered your query.
