Let me clarify
Detailed Answer:
Hai,
Normally in early morning daibetic patients have rebound hyperglycaemia. that is If your blood sugar drops too low in the middle of the night while you are sleeping, your body will release hormones in an attempt to “rescue” you from the dangerously low blood sugar. The hormones do this by prompting your liver to release stored glucose in larger amounts than usual. But this system isn’t perfect in a person with diabetes, so the liver releases more sugar than needed which leads to a high blood sugar level in the morning. Because of this reason your sugar level in high around 7 am.
Increase in your post lunch blood sugar should be assessed properly.not with one plain reading we cannot suggest treatment or advise. Post prandial timing and blood sugar assessing device plays major in reading.
If the reading remains the same for more than 3 days with different source of food stuffs in the afternoon then need a diabetologist opinion.
Hope I answered your query.
Thanks
