Sexually Transmitted Diseases like Chlamydia and Gonorrhea can be detected by doing urine examination after 1-5 days of sexual intercourse .

Hello,

I have never had any symptoms that describe Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.

But to be safe, if I had no symptoms for the past 2 years, can it show in the urine test?

Gonorrhea or Chlamydia are very rare to be present without having symptoms .Even a mild infection will have symptoms like burning urination ,discharge etc for few weeks after exposure .

It is unlikely that the test will be positive in absence of any symptoms for 2 years
