Question: Hello Doc

I am writing to seek advice on my medical issue. I am 30 yes old make married since past 1 year, we we're planning for family and hence got few tests done I got my semen test harmone blood test and scan done. I am attaching the reports doc has suggested for varicosele surgery but I want to understand is there no other way through medicines if this can be cured? Please look into my reports and pls guide

I have gone through all your reports.
Usually varicocelectomy is not done in grade 1 varicocele.
Your LH hormone is slightly elevated.
Testosterone is in the lower range.
Is there any other cause for this?
Medicines can be tried for 3 months and semen analysis may be repeated

Is surgery the only option if we don't want to go for ivf will.medications help to improve the semen report and reduce the lh harmone and what medication should one use pls prescribe
