Hello Doc, My Wife Is Not Feeling Well. Her Age
Question: Hello Doc, My wife is not feeling well. Her age is 28 years and we have 2 kid, hounger one being 6.5 months old. Currently she is also breast feeding the younger one. The symptoms my wife is having is full body ache, weakness and medium fever. She also has cold from a couple of days. I havent checked the fever temprature yet. Can you please suggest future course of action.

How long is she having these symptoms?
The current symptoms are typically caused by viral infection. And such infections resolve spontaneously in a few days. I would treat her with symptomatic treatment:
1. Tab Dolo 650mg three times a day.
2. Tab Levocetrizine 5mg once at night.
3. Tab Zincovit once daily.
She should feel better in 3-5 days. Encourage her to drink plenty of fluids. If she doesn't get better, let me know.

Thanks doc. She took a cetrizine (Okacet prob 10 mg) in morning and a paracetamol 500mg at afternoon. Is it still fine to go ahead today with the ones you prescribed?

Okacet 10mg is good and will work as well as a levocetrizine. She can continue with it. However I prefer she takes it at night instead of morning.
Paracetamol 500g is also good enough. But if she has body pain or headache I will prefer Dolo 650 over paracetamol 500mg. Dolo 650 has better pain relieving functions than paracetamol 500.
